In 2017-2018 I was directly involved in the selection, tests and implementation of medical software in 1DKK, My MD and Poliklinika Bulgaria. The low performance in terms of booking and scheduling capabilities of all software solutions available on the market forced us to develop our own calendar and booking system in Consento and integrate it via API with a medical software for the rest of the processes. This integration and implementation took us more than 8 months and even today we are looking for a better solution.
