In 2006 I gathered, trained and launched my first sales team of medical reps in Ozone (part of A&D Pharma). I intentionally broke some rules when assembling the team – I hired people who were unlikely candidates for other pharma companies, but with a strong potential. For about a year they became one of the best selling teams in the company.
